You’ll take on a pivotal role in our client-centric approach, driving integration and collaboration across your team to ensure greater market share and enhanced operational performance. 　　Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team to execute the vision, fostering innovation and creativity.

　　Support your Section to be engaged, resilient and adaptable, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive commercial management, and making disciplined investment decisions.

　　Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team to stay ahead of the technological curve.

　　You will support your Section to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people.
