Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and cutting metal using a tape measure, loading trucks with prepared materials, and operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. You will also utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking, perform cycle counts, manage inventory, and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Measure and cut metal accurately using a tape measure.
Load trucks with prepared materials and products.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).
Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking.
Perform cycle counts and manage inventory to ensure accuracy.
Safely operate side loaders, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
Order selecting using high reach/side loader forklift and sit-down forklift.
Sort and band material once picked.
Operate overhead crane as needed.
Maneuver material, load trucks, and band metals.
Lift up to 55 lbs independently (team lift or forklift for heavier items).
Essential Skills
Ability to measure and cut metal using a tape measure.
Experience with forklift operation and material handling equipment.
Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory tracking.
Knowledge of cycle counts and inventory management.
Capability to operate side loaders and overhead cranes.
Additional Skills Qualifications
Forklift certification (training provided).
Experience with side loaders and RF scanners is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently.
Willingness to undergo training for unfamiliar tasks.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, open-bay warehouse with a second shift from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 52-55 hours weekly with potential for mandatory overtime. Initial training includes 2-3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 3-4 weeks of on-the-job training, including forklift certification. Dress code and safety protocols are strictly enforced to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
