Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor.
What you’ll do:
Primary Function :
Supervise all process related to receiving, warehouse and shipping for Tijuana facility. Work is performed under minimum supervision and requires incumbent to exercise leadership, problem solving and execution. The position drives continuous improvement while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
Essential Functions:
Procedures updating of Receiving, Picking and Cycle Count
Logistic Scorecard Updating.
Develop of Pull projects in the Facility.
Plans and directs the import and follow-up of materials.
Responsible for the Custom documentation relate to import and exporting materials and the authorization of freight, storage and American Custom broker payments
Manage the insurance policies for material in transit
Appraises the Performance of Subordinates and Recommends the appropriate development plans

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SCM is required
• Manufacturing knowledge of equipment and process skills
• ERP Knowledge (preferable MFGPRO, Oracle).
• Solid interpersonal skills effective in building strategic relationships, team building, and ability to interact and influence through all levels of the organization
• Experience Shipping, receiving, or warehouse
• Bilingual English/ Spanish
• Good communication skills
• MRP experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong inventory control management
• Experience leading more than 50 people
Skills:
Preferred Specialized Knowledge (not required to be qualified for position):
• Advanced degree in engineering or business management
• Trainings or Certifications in MS teams, Office 365, Share Point
