　　Position overview:

　　As a permanent night shift Warehouse Operative, youre a key member of the Kettering Team, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. You will contribute to the success of Ball by carrying out all essential warehouse duties to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

　　Your key responsibilities include:

　　Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

　　Assists with direct support to all departments in the plant via material handling.

　　Facilitates the transportation of inbound and outbound shipments of products and materials.

　　Reviews completed drayage tickets and bills of lading for completeness and accuracy prior to distribution.

　　Facilitates shipments of finished products and scrap.

　　Follows all standard operating procedures for area of responsibility.

　　Assists with reporting the inventory status of finished goods and packaging materials.

　　Maintains good housekeeping in the warehouses and related areas

　　12-hour shifts, 4on/4off

　　Experience and skills required:

　　Relevant MHE license with at least 2 years of experience

　　Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail

　　Sound communication skills, ability to clearly explain processes.

　　Ability to operate and functionally use a computer.

　　Fluency in written and spoken English
