Garden State Growers is a family-owned greenhouse and outdoor production operation on over 500 acres specializing in the growth and distribution of wholesale perennials, annuals, ground cover, vegetables, and varied seasonal offerings. We serve large retailers who sell plants in sizable quantities, as well as garden centers, supermarkets and small retail businesses.

　　We are currently seeking a Warehouse Night Watchman to Monitor Greenhouse heating system and notify appropriate personnel with any malfunctions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and carry out an intermittent building security check schedule.

　　Monitor the heating system for malfunction.

　　All other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization’s staff

　　Ability to work independently.

　　Excellent problem-solving abilities

　　Typical Physical Demands:

　　Must be on feet for several hours at a time.Qualifications:

　　Ability to work a full-time/flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

　　Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed.
