Responsibilities: Start times can be as early as5:30am, or as late as 9:30am. Receive and count stock items, and recorddata manually or using computer; Pack and unpack items to be stocked onshelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards; Verify inventorycomputations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, andinvestigate discrepancies or adjust errors; Store items in an orderlyand accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or otherareas; Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areasin order to ensure compliance with safety regulations; Examine andinspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage tosupervisors; Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom,warehouse, or storage yard workers; Accurately process, package andprepare parts orders for delivery to customers and Fabicktechnicians;Keep an orderly, clean, and safe work environment;Completion of all safety and training courses as required; Perform otherduties as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.1-3 years warehouse experience preferred. 1-3 years forklift and scannerexperience preferred. Forklift certification a plus. Candidate must beattentive to detail. Basic computer skills required. Mechanical aptitudeis a plus.
