Wallet Product Solutions Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 4-5 months Description: Project Overview: The team is focused on enabling partnerships within the Wallet ecosystem and driving scale across our onboarding and support workflows. We work cross-functionally across multiple working groups within the Payments PA to incubate new products, advocate for scalable product design, provide high-touch support to key partnerships, drive scale through process automation and tooling, and represent the voice of the partners back to PM/Eng leads. Overall Responsibilities: Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Client tools and products. Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience. Perform implementation reviews. Advocate for new product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and troubleshooting their technical issues. Deliver business intelligence. Leverage internal and external data sources to provide data insights to drive decision making. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP. Experience coding with a general purpose programming language (i.e. Java, Python) and data analysis using SQL/MySQL. Experience troubleshooting and working with and managing external partners and/or customers.
