　　Your Role: What you'll be doingYou will lead a talented, high performing team of employees thatarchitect, design, develop and test integrated software and hardwaresolutions. You will coordinate project schedules, monitor development tasksand provide & analyze metrics to evaluate process execution and reliability.Operating in an agile environment, you will engage with Product Owners,Technology Architects, Quality Assurance and Automation team members oncross-functional activities. As a member of the Software Engineeringleadership team, you will help set the direction of the organization, andprovide process ownership and technical leadership. 　　The Vulcan Development LEAP (Long Endurance Advanced Prototype) and ReuseGround Software Leader will oversee and direct non-recurring developmentactivities of the ground software team supporting the LEAP and Reuse programs.These programs are creating future capabilities to the Vulcan rocketsupporting increased duration of the upper stage and launch cost savings.Ground software provides command, control, communications & testing ofall ground equipment and launch vehicle systems (avionics, cryogenicfluids & pneumatics) through all phases of launch site operations,launch vehicle checkout and launch.Simulation/test environments provide the virtual environments for testingground software.This role directs a team responsible for developing & evolving futurecapabilities for Vulcan ground software.Specific Responsibilities Include:Direct responsibility for program execution, cost & schedule, includingearned value.Coordinate with other functional disciplines to resolve technical andprogrammatic risks, issues and challenges.Build partnerships with customers, suppliers, consultants, partners,and internal/external stakeholders.Ensure software development that is compliant with processes, procedures &requirements.Reinforce & mature Scaled Agile (SAFe) best practices, principles & processes.Participate in and guide agile ceremonies such as program incrementplanning, system demos, and design reviews.Develop and maintain a team of engineers who establish requirements, developand integrate software and data products and take them through testing anddeployment.Hiring, performance management and career growth for team.Along with other software leaders, shape the evolution of flight software,gr und software, and integrated test environments capabilities & roadmaps.

　　Your Background: What education and experience you'll needAt least 8 years applicable experience in the associated technical oradministrative area, plus a minimum of 2 years managing people, projectmanagement or team lead experience or a combination of the three.
