　　The Opportunity

　　We are a leading, multinational company with operations spanning across several continents. As we continue to expand and refine our business, we are now seeking a seasoned financial leader who is fluent in Spanish and who has a vast understanding of international business finance. As our Vice President of Finance, you will be a driver of profitability and growth. Overseeing our global financial function, you will be responsible for directing the strategic financial planning and management of the company.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Lead and coordinate the organization's financial planning, budget management and cost-benefit analysis.

　　Oversee cash flow planning, prepare and review budgets and expenditure, and implementation of budgetary control.

　　Lead the treasury functions, financing strategies, and banking relationships.

　　Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and managing risks.

　　Negotiate contracts and partnerships with external partners.

　　Manage the acquisition analysis and due diligence process.

　　Direct the finance team of 25-30 individuals, spread across various international locations.

　　Create a structure and environment conducive to high performance and positive morale.

　　Present performance updates and financial trends to executive management, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

　　Requirements

　　What you need to be selected

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

　　At least 10 years of professional experience in a senior financial supervisory role.

　　Conversational and written fluency in Spanish and English.

　　Extensive international business finance experience, including treasury functions, contract negotiation, and acquisition analysis.

　　Proven leadership experience with experience overseeing teams of 25-30 people.

　　Strong understanding of financial software and databases.

　　Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

　　Knowledge of international financial laws and regulations.
