  Responsibilities

  The Commercial Real Estate ("CRE") Relationship Manager ("RM") leads strategic credit discussions with clients and prospects, as well as partnering with Credit Solutions to ensure seamless underwriting and portfolio management. Deeply engages clients to build strategic relationships with key executives and influencers in the CRE ecosystem. Ultimately, the CRE RM is responsible for new business development, organic growth, expansion of existing relationships, and advancement of the SVB/FCB brand in market.

  Relationship Managers are responsible for acquiring, orchestrating, and growing entire client relationships; deepening relationships within the C-Suite; consulting on, and cross-selling, the entire SVB platform (i.e. Treasury management to Debt financing to the Private Bank, etc.) to address client business and personal needs; orchestrating cross-functional SVB teams to optimize the client experience; and building real relationships to differentiate SVB with all key influencers in the market.

  Commercial Real experience is a must, with deep knowledge of the multitude of underlying CRE asset classes, and product type (Term Loans, Value Add, Bridge, Construction and Capital Call facilities). Moreover, strong regional connectivity to Professional Owners, Operators and Developers, as well as institutional private equity funds, is imperative.

  The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $129,000 to $193,000 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.   Qualifications

  Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of industry experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 10 years' relevant work experience.
