About VP, Client Relationship and Business Development Manager (APAC Region)

  OTC Markets Group Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is looking for a VP, Client Relationship and Business Development Manager for our APAC Region.

  This role is based in our New York City Office. OTC Markets is currently operating in a hybrid work environment (three days in office, two days remotely).

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  The role is responsible for the customer satisfaction, retention, and business development of OTC Markets Group’s clients/prospects across Asia Pacific. 

  Oversee Client Relationship of issuers across Asia and Australia

  Deepen and broaden strategic relationships within the client at the “C” suite level, IR, and key influencers.

  Manage the feedback loop from these clients and work with our Product Management and Sales teams to develop new offerings and solutions.

  Oversee the team business development strategy and assist in maintaining targeted revenue and profitability – establish a trusted and consultative relationship.

  Develop an intimate understanding of the client’s business, objectives and competitors to better consult and provide solutions.

  Develop, design and manage client account plan and annual account reviews.

  Act as consultant – identify, present and market innovative recommendations relating to industry trends and product differentiation.

  Work with team to continually define our service offering and manage client expectations.

  Ensure reference ability of client​s.

  Drive projects to ensure existing customer satisfaction, product utilization, and, ultimately, contract renewals for QX clients. 

  Utilize appropriate escalation processes and programs to find the best solutions for dissatisfied customers.

  Additional duties, as assigned

  Salary offered: $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

  Experience in Asia/Australia Capital Markets

  REQUIREMENTS:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  7+ years in a customer service environment and revenue retention environment.

  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced, changing environment.

  Top-notch verbal and written communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

  Proven presentation skills and experience presenting remotely using an online presentation tools.

  Take great pride in customer satisfaction, willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.

  Working knowledge of Salesforce.

  Strong analytical skills and impeccable business/global acumen.

  Highly energetic and engaging personality with relevant experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Exchange space.
