　　• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting/troubleshooting MS Teams and Skype for Business Online

　　• Experience in engineering & Troubleshooting Enterprise Voice on SFB/Teams including SIP Trunks

　　• In-depth Knowledge of Skype for Business/Teams Hybrid setup

　　• Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, and its integration with S Server

　　• Knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, Codecs knowledge and troubleshooting experience
