Snap-on\'s Product Center is currentlyhiring certified VNA forklift drivers for 2nd shift positions in ourCrystal Lake warehouse (core hours are 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm plusovertime). The VNA drivers will operate order pickers and swing reachtrucks, both of which operate on a wire-guided system.

Transport materials to different locations within the facility.Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency.Secure loads to the machine before transportation.Complete daily inspection of equipment and any fall arrestequipment.Operate and manage technical equipment.Manage inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.Pick orders for shipment.Identify workplace safety hazards.Adhere to safety management standards.Qualifications
High school diploma/equivalent or at least 1 year of relevantexperience.Ability to work 2nd shift hours plus mandatory overtime.6+ months of warehouse and forklift experience.Valid VNA forklift certification.Must be willing to operate VNA forklifts where you will be raised upto 25 ft. in the air.Ability to work with others.Excellent hand-eye coordination.Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.Attention to detail.Good organizational skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems.Basic computer knowledge.Ability to read, write, and do simple math.Great interpersonal communication skills.Dependable and flexible.Snap-on is an Equal Opportunity Employer, M/F/D/V
