　　Job Responsibilities:

　　As VP, Executive Producer, you’ll lead/direct a full-service production team, working in conjunction with business managers, traffic and post production capabilities

　　Day-to-day, your role includes:

　　Lead a full-service production team while managing an account

　　Partner with the Creative/Account/BA leads on specific brands

　　Evaluate. produce and delegate projects to appropriate producers on their team

　　Manage team’s workload, projects and process

　　Mentor and guide producers on their team

　　Qualifications

　　We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

　　8-10 years in agency production

　　Well versed in all aspects of production and able to produce 360 degree campaigns

　　Best-in-class production knowledge and capabilities

　　Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required

　　Deep experience managing cross discipline in the production industry

　　Experience and full working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production

　　Demonstrate leadership, confidence and a positive attitude at all times

　　Senior client facing skills integral to position

　　Listening, mediating, and issue resolution skills

　　Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents

　　Experience in pitch work - in building a pitch, developing audio/video assets, and participating in client meetings and presentations

　　Advanced skills in managing and growing a cross disciplined team

　　Candidate must be open to travel as needed and able to work in a multi-tasked environment
