Job Summary
The Vice President of Enterprise Revenue Processes will act as the owner and guardian of the revenue operations processes. This role will be establishing and ensuring that the processes and playbooks are maintained, accessible, and adhered to at all times. Leading the process of playbook creation on the enterprise level in collaboration with partnering functions and departments.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position is crucial in ensuring the existence and delivery of enterprise-level processes across business development, account management, solutions, bid management, and client transformation functions and teams.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Foundever Playbooks : Implement, maintain, roll out and ensure the consistent application of global playbooks across business development, account management, solutions, bid management, and client transformation functions.
Foundever Playbook Management : Take charge of updating and maintaining playbooks, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness in response to evolving business dynamics in close collaboration with partnering functions.
Voice of Customer Survey : Lead the end-to-end Voice of Customer survey process project, gathering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and revenue strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and coordination across departments.
Growth marketing as a partner : Liaise closely with the growth marketing function ensuring the end-to-end client process is seamless.
Unified Way of Working : Strengthen the unified way of working at Foundever, fostering a cohesive organizational culture and approach.
Enterprise-level Communication : Adapt internal communication strategies to diverse global cultures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance across different regions, Following Foundever organisational change process.
Reflecting processes in systems, knowledge bases : Ensure enterprise-level processes are adequately reflected in and supported by systems such as internal Salesforce, BI reporting and knowledge bases
Single point of reference : Acting as the internal conduit, one source of truth on agreed processes.
Industry expertise : Ensure systematical relevancy to industry expertise and standards, challenging the status quo.
Audit : Partner with Foundever audit function to ensure compliance to core processes; audit the processes across all revenue operations teams globally. Drive corrective actions to address findings as needed.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field
8+ years’ experience in revenue operations, process optimization, and global business practices
Proven experience in working effectively in an intercultural, matrix organization and function
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with Foundever’s internal tools would be a plus
Knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and similar is a plus
In-depth understanding and experience with knowledge management tools and systems, and Salesforce or equivalent
Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English
In-depth understanding of revenue generation processes and best practices
Influencing skills : Exhibit strong influencing skills to drive adherence to enterprise standards and processes
Communication skills : Demonstrate proficiency in conveying complex ideas and strategies effectively
Relationship Building : Possess exceptional relationship-building skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders at various levels
