About Vice President, 401(k) Administration

  Our US-based Retirement Operations team in Human Resources is responsible for oversight of 401(k) administration for two 401(k) plans and over 290K participants. Reporting to the Executor Director of 401(k) Operations, you will manage, lead and execute key processes and work on challenging projects with two senior peers in our team-based organization across several locations. We are looking for leader with a solid background in Retirement Plan Administration, strong process and controls-focus, and who understands the importance of delivering for our customers.

  Job Responsibilities

  Lead and execute retirement administration processes and controls while prioritizing customer experience and meeting service level agreements

  Oversee and execute activities including stewarding data movement and quality, validating benefits eligibility and calculations, managing 401(k) in payroll, overseeing vendors, managing year end processes, partnering on financial projections, researching and responding to escalations

  Effectively contribute to team projects and/or provide coverage to teammates as workload dictates.

  Develop and maintaining procedures and training documentation

  Drive accuracy, quality and timeliness of the work while meeting plan requirements, regulations and control standards

  Lead and coordinate preparation and distribution of participant communications.

  Lead and coordinate Operations team response to internal and external audits of retirement plans

  Support and execute projects, change implementations and annual book of work, as well as contribute and support management of the larger Retirement operations team

  Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  Has strong technical knowledge in Retirement Administration, with 5+ years' managing qualified defined contribution plan experience

  Has a process and controls mindset, with superior attention to quality and detail

  Uses solid judgment and analytical skill to assess situations and determine best course of action

  Seeks to improve and document processes, prevent issues and communicates across the team for awareness and understanding

  Has strong prioritization and organizing skills, effectively managing work through peak volume periods

  Possesses strong leadership, coaching and communications skills, both written and verbal

  Has strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel) and other systems in a Retirement Operations setting

  Ability to work well in a team and independently
