Conduct complex financial analysis of U.S. commercial and residential real estate for potential investment and acquisition. Apply quantitative methods to determine the potential profitability of acquiring, financing and operating properties throughout the U.S., and facilitate the acquisition and fiscal management of the companys real estate investment portfolio. Specific duties:         Research U.S. real estate markets, and relevant economic and financial trends for potential investments;        Conduct quantitative financial analysis to identify specific properties for their investment potential;        Analyze various short and long term financing options for prospective purchases to maximize investment value and returns;         Negotiate the purchase of properties utilizing financial analytical methods to determine potential returns on investment and pricing;        Coordinate the due diligence process in connection with potential real estate acquisitions;         Engage and supervise professional service providers for investment properties, including environmental, engineering, project management, and legal professionals;        Develop and manage project budgets; and        Develop and present investment reports based on financial analysis of all relevant factors. Position Requirements Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in finance, economics, or a closely related field and 6 years of experience managing major construction projects in excess of $100 million. Or, in the alternative, no degree and 8 years of experience managing major construction projects in excess of $100 million. Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include:         6 years of experience overseeing large construction projects across multiple industries;        6 years of experience leading the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction project activities to meet deadlines;        6 years of experience preparing and submitting budget estimates for projects and preparing cost-tracking reports; and        6 years of experience at a senior management position (such as CFO, CEO, or similar). Position requires domestic and international travel up to 20% of the time.40 hours per week.  Salary range: $173,555 - $179,555 per year. Applicants may send resume to [email protected].
