　　Vehicle Logistics CoordinatorThe Vehicle Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating & carrying out the inbound & outbound vehicle logistics plans and ensures everything is on schedule to meet or exceed deadlines. This will be primarily outbound support - 85% outbound, 15% inbound.

　　Required:* You will coordinate between the internal teams & external vendors to manage the vehicle transport schedules to optimize storage levels / transport costs.* Lead daily oversight of vehicle movements, from receiving/shipping to delivery locations, to ensure vehicles are inbound & outbound as planned.* Coordinates with the production team to ensure the vehicle is prepped & ready for delivery, which includes coordinating delivery time/location with the transporter.* Work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve daily operational & logistical issues that affect deliveries/logistics performance to ensure seamless handoffs.* Ensure the safe & timely pick-up/delivery of shipments, including overseeing the occasional off hour delivery or pickups as required.* Track, trace & update the status of vehicle shipments & the confirmation on the receipt of vehicles.* Identify/investigate operational issues impacting the handling of vehicles.  Addressing & resolving shipment/inventory issues.* Support the management of storage & inventory level of vehicles.* Some level of logistics management experience, with an aptitude for organization & strict attention to detail/timing.* G-Suits tools or spreadsheet experience is a hard requirement.* Experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with solid communication & interpersonal skills.* 100% onsite required at manufacturing facility.
