　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Participate in the development of standardized processes within Value Stream and general management in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations.

　　Support the full lifecycle of products and services from inception through completion, inclusive of pursuit and order capture, design and development, produce to deliver, service/support, and long-term strategic business plans.

　　Participate in Integrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, performance and on-time delivery of company programs or subsystems of major programs.

　　Support the Aftermarket Value Stream customer engagements with spares, repairs and technical in service challenges and opportunities.

　　Assist and learn how to establish clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements and track appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

　　Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

　　The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
