　　Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Technical Design - Footwear

As a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Technical Design , you'll serve as an advocate for our customers and see the products you oversee come to life in stores and online. 　　Being an excellent business partner: you will work closely with Sourcing leaders and Merchants to create plans that contribute to the Direct Import strategy including selecting suppliers to work with, through to assuring consistent quality for our customers.

　　Building relationships : you'll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, business partners and other internal customers.

　　Making decisions : you'll make decisions about food safety & quality from supplier approval to clear specifications that detail our requirements.

　　Designing, developing, and launching products : you'll work with our internal customers Product Development and Sourcing teams to ensure we source the right product with consistent quality.

　　Knowing your category: You'll know your customers and suppliers better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for the category.
