　　We need a motivated leader focused on creating and executing programs and projects that will drive the digital transformation of the technology experience for associates and visitors on our corporate campuses around the world. This customer-centric technical expert will drive the change to smart campuses through enhancing the user experience as well as the operations and management of campus.

　　About Team:

　　Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

　　What you'll do:

　　This role is responsible for delivering on technical direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs by creating business strategies, plans and practices to implement solutions to meet customer needs. Focused on practical innovation, this role will build and manage an all-star team of project managers to support the full software development lifecycle. This person will also translate technical requirements and mitigate risks across all campus products to solve the complex problems that waste time and effort on campus.

　　A successful addition to our team will make data-driven product decisions to ensure reliable and consistent experiences for campus managers. We need someone who builds stakeholder consensus by being a trusted advisor regarding digital experience and your software expertise.
