Position Summary...

　　What you'll do...

　　The Technology Operations Analyst II new associate must have experience managing complex projects, preferably in Information Technology systems environment, large construction projects, and/ or experience in the Supply Chain/ Logistics or Industrial environments such as manufacturing.

　　The Systems Implementation Team plans and implements IT infrastructure projects for Walmart and Sam's Supply Chain distribution and fulfillment centers, plus manufacturing plants and real estate consolidation centers in the US. Our key focus is critical infrastructure: WAN connectivity, network systems, server/ compute, and data storage plus low voltage data fiber/ cable.

　　Building the right technology foundation for Infrastructure & platforms is vital to success at the scale of Walmart. Our team builds and maintains the foundational technologies that support the tech organization. Included in this are data platforms, enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure. All of these products and services are supported by scalable and powerful infrastructure, ensuring a secure and seamless employee and customer experience across stores, digital channels, and distribution centers.

　　What you'll do:

　　New distribution and fulfillment centers, large scale remodels, automation and systems lifecycle refresh make up the team's project portfolio. Tech Ops Project Managers:

　　Read and analyze blueprints and business requirements to develop project implementation scopes of work.

　　Create project plans, schedules, and reporting. Execute project plans to meet planned dates.

　　Procure project hardware and labor.

　　Manage project budgets.

　　Communicate with project teams, leadership, business customers, and vendors.

　　What you'll bring:

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with project stakeholders, leadership, business customers, and vendors clearly and concisely.

　　Experience in managing budgets and burndown.

　　Able to work in high performing environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.

　　Critical thinking, complex problem solving and troubleshooting.

　　Build strong and trusting relationships with individuals and teams.

　　Experience working on multiple concurrent projects collaborating with multiple teams.

　　Ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.

　　Able to work on your own and collaborate with others.

　　Demonstrate the ability to independently learn technologies, tools, and processes through continuous learning.

　　Able to work as a part of the cross-cultural team located in various time zones and countries.

　　Flexibility to support multiple issues when necessary.

　　Working schedule flexibility due to project responsibilities that may require occasional evening and weekend work.

　　Open to travel on occasion to support project implementations and training.
