Job Description:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of US People Alignment, consult with, and advise, Field People teams on best Talent practices to help drive performance.
Drive consistency across the US by executing centralized talent management and development practices and activities.
Staff development with a focus on building leader capabilities, collaborating with Learning & Development.
Build and facilitate the implementation of Talent programs and projects to the US market to address gaps in partnership with SMEs and key stakeholders.
Leverage existing data and or conduct additional analysis, in partnership with the Insights team, as needed, to enhance our understanding of Talent barriers and areas of opportunity that will drive impact.
Provide supplementary training and support where needed to upskill internal teams.
Qualifications:
HRBP and/or talent management experience required
Stakeholder management experience required
Prior project and change management experience strongly preferred
Ability to think strategically as well as execute initiatives
Data and process driven
Strong, professional communication skills, with ability to engage with many levels within a project team
Focus on details, strong delivery, logical reasoning
Proactive in identifying opportunities
Willing to step out of own comfort zone
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and solution oriented
