　　Providing outstanding customer serviceReferring products that provide a better banking experience for ourcustomersDemonstrating knowledge of Oklahoma Fidelitys products and servicesSeeking sales opportunities through customer relationships andconversationsRecommending Bank products and services to customers using theTeller Pod technology to conduct a variety of day-to-daytransactionsApproaching, greeting and welcoming customers into the branchEstablishing relationships while understanding customers needs byasking appropriate questions and recommending solutions tostrengthen customers financial well-beingFostering teamwork across all areas of the BankEngaging customers and delivering an exceptional customer experienceat all touch points and customer zones within the branchMaintaining strict standards of confidentiality and performingduties in a manner that supports Oklahoma Fidelity Banks core valuesRequirements for the position include:

　　A high school diploma or equivalentMinimum two years experience with the public/customersMinimum one year of sales experienceDemonstrated ability to deliver customer service and be a teamplayer with the ability to comfortably move into different rolesthroughout the work dayStrong written, verbal communication skills and cash handlingexperiencePreferred qualifications for this position include:
