Job Summary: * Provides direct behavioral health patient care. *Responsibilities: * Performs a variety of administrative duties to support the assigned department(s). * Composes, types and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials. and other written communications as required. * Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, and handles general inquiries. * Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s). * Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies. * Manages accounting/bill payment as necessary. * Adapts positively to a fast paced changing environment. * Recommends and implements as assigned procedures for efficient flaw of information paperwork computer assisted information management. Work Experience: * Knowledge of Medical Terminology * 5 years prior related executive/administrative role preferred. * 2 years’ experience in secretarial position preferred.
