　　Overview

　　If you want an exciting job with one of the largest off-price retail stores in the nation, join the Burlington Stores, Inc. team as a Unemployment Claims Coordinator ! This person will ensure timely and accurate completion of Unemployment Claims.

　　A Day In The Life:

　　Review claims, questionnaires, state inquiries, fact findings, hearings, determination, wage audits and other unemployment related data via Case Builder, US mail, email and/or fax.

　　Partner with Stores and HR to ensure all claims are resolved accurately upon receipt or no later than the stated due date.

　　Work with outside vendor to resolve any open issues with claims and to file protests or appeals when necessary.

　　Communicate court hearing dates with Store Manager and Human Resources Manager; review all decisions, protesting when necessary.

　　Process manual payments onto the corporate pay cards.

　　Provide weekly reporting to Payroll Manager and HR for further review.

　　Special projects as needed.

　　You'll Come With:

　　High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

　　Experience with unemployment claims, payroll or other accounting functions.

　　Strong communication and organizational skills.

　　Ability to prioritize in a fast paced, changing environment.

　　Results and detailed oriented, and entrepreneurial minded.

　　Ability to learn difficult concepts quickly while offering creative solutions.

　　Excellent computer skills.

　　Works independently, with limited guidance, within established procedures.

　　Knowledge of state & federal regulations, unemployment compensation and human resource policies.

　　3-5 years of unemployment processing experience a plus.

　　Workday HCM system a plus.

　　Reflexis WFM system a plus.
