We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionEntry-level employee who will be trained to assist Mine Operations teams underindividually or under moderate supervision. Job duties include operatingarticulated diesel equipment, transporting & handling explosives,transporting & placing concrete, maintaining utility infrastructure,and/or housekeeping.

　　Secondary breakage of oversized rocks and hang-ups using explosives.Assemble, transport, and place charges in order to reduce the size ofboulders and facilitate production activitiesUsing a mobile lift truck, install and/or repair steel piping and rubberhose to ensure properly functioning water spray in draw pointsOperate Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) unit in a production setting. Move brokenrock from draw point to ore pass, maintain roadways, and properly placeoversized boulders.Operate various mobile heavy equipment to perform special projects and/orhousekeeping work.Perform other duties as requestedMinimum Qualifications include but are not limited to:
