JobSummary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providingsupport for the brands, products and programs within UFP RetailSolutions.They interact with customers through various communicationmethods to assist with pre-purchase, in-purchase, and post-purchaseinquiries.In addition, they are expected to provide a high level andconsistent customer experience to new and existing customers.Thisindividual works under general supervision but a certain degree ofcreativity and latitude is required.They will rely on pre-establishedguidelines to perform the functions of the job Principle Duties andResponsibilities Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professionalattitude toward customers at all times Responds promptly to customerinquiries Communicates with customers through various channels Respondto a high volume of incoming calls Acknowledges and resolves customercomplaints Knows our brands, products and systems well to answerquestions quickly and efficiently Processes orders, forms, applications,and requests Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions,comments, and complaints through CRM platform Communicates andcoordinates with colleagues as necessary Provides feedback on theefficiency of the customer service process Ensures customer satisfactionand provide professional customer support Attends various producttrainings, as needed Prepares various reports and correspondence asrequired Time-management and organizations skills Performs other dutiesas required. Qualifications Knowledge Required Minimum of high schoolgraduate 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field ispreferred Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer andbusiness-related software, including CRM platforms and Microsoftapplications (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook) Working knowledge ofvarious office equipment (computer terminal, scanner, etc.) Skills andabilities Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading,writing and speaking Proficiency in the use of business math Ability tosuccessfully communicate with all organizational levels Ability tocommunicate clearly via phone and email with co-workers and managementAbility to organize and prioritize...
