　　What you'll do:

　　We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. Our Production and Supply Chain Team helps to further the mission by ensuring our products come to life.

　　JOB SUMMARY:The Trials and Rentals Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, and imaging devices to our customers, along with preparing any other equipment that is needed, such as devices, keyguards, and mounts

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Review open orders and pick, pack and ship products and accessories to customerPerform a basic functional test and add the software to the devicesBased upon packing slip, prepare package for shipment according to carrier instructions for UPSEnsure that packages are shipped on a timely basis and consult with their manager and internal customers regarding any shipping issues or need for clarificationsReceive, inspect, and put items back into stock dailyRebuild mounts received back from customersRestock shipping boxes and other items that may need restocked dailyMaintain a well organized and lean work environmentMust be able to identify areas of improvement and suggestions for improvementPerform various other duties as assigned
