The Treasury Investments Analyst is based in the Travel + Leisure Co. corporate headquarters located in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for providing financial and analytical support to HOAs in order to effectively maximize investment returns while strictly adhering to Investment Policy Statement guidelines. Analysis includes ensuring adequate liquidity for our internal HOA customers in accordance with budgets, reserve studies, board direction, and senior management directives. The position works directly with third party brokerage firms to execute investment strategies.

The position will also assist in the preparation of periodic reports related to cash and investment holdings, electronic funds transfer processing, general bank account maintenance, bank service fees, as well as other duties as assigned by management. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday , and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

Executing the HOA investment function including but not limited to coordinating schedules to achieve monthly/quarterly coverage requirements, preparing/reviewing files for call discussions, and ensuring that placement decisions are executed timely

Preparation of monthly cash position reports

Downloading monthly bank statements and providing assistance/guidance to assigned accounting offices and HOA's to assist with inquiries or Treasury issues

Scheduling meetings with HOA properties for liquidity/maturity investment placements

Monthly reporting of liquidity/investment balances, exception activity, calls/orders placed with brokerage partners

Actively providing Senior Manager, Treasury of key intelligence related to observed trends, potential issues, and potential opportunities in a timely manner

Actively working to take advantage of technology in an effort improve efficiency and effectiveness of work flow processes

Researching and providing Sr. Manager, Treasury with an understanding of month-to-month changes in Investment Management Reports

Completing special projects or tasks as assigned dependent on workload and department priorities (tracking investment rates, corresponding with brokerage services for best practices, financial changes, market updates.).

Providing back-up to other Treasury functions and/or perform ad-hoc reporting projects as directed by management

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree from 4-year university or college in Finance, Business or Accounting

Must have excellent organization skills

Disciplined and comfortable working to defined deadlines

Exhibit flexibility to improve processes and adapt to changes

Demonstrated customer service orientation with significant attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (intermediate to advance in Excel, intermediate in Power Point)

Banking Platform experience (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, Comerica Bank)

CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a plus.

2+ yrs in financial role (bank, investment brokerage, etc.) as well as TMS (Kyriba) is preferred.

2+ yrs experience in Hospitality or Customer Service role in person or telephone communicating directly with customers and/or internal business partners.

Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
