Description

　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $35/hour based on experience & skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. 　　Job Scope:

　　Operate hand welding equipment to join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products

　　Maintain & keep welding equipment in good working order, free of debris, & perform proper maintenance

　　Maintain clean equipment tools & work area

　　Record an accurate log of job times & specifications for audit reports

　　Accurately read weld symbols

　　Weld within tight tolerances

　　GTAW & GMAW welding

　　TIG welding on 1/16 aluminum & stainless steel to 1/2 thick

　　Other tasks as assigned

　　Requirements:

　　5+ Years of Experience in Flat Welding, TIG on Aluminum

　　Weld Test

　　Ability to read blueprints, work orders, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise & accurate welding

　　GTAW & GMAW Welding Abilities

　　TIG Welding Experience on 1/16 Aluminum & Stainless Steel to 1/2 Thick

　　Understanding of Distortion Control
