About Transactions Specialist II

  Join Chase as a Transactions Specialist II, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business results. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, offering creative solutions to our customers.

  As a Transaction Specialist II in the Cash Services department your responsibilities will include processing deposit transactions which consist of currency and check items, data key, and balancing. The process entails operating and maintaining high speed and low speed equipment to capture and sort items.

  Job Responsibilities

  Process transactions, currency orders, and balance daily activity

  Refer customer adjustments over $100 to Team/Unit Lead

  Prepare transactions for processing on high-speed equipment

  Reconcile and balance daily activity and currency shipments for main vault

  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  Organizational skills

  Attention to detail

  10 key operating skills

  MS Office skills

  Ability to lift 10 pounds

  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  Operations knowledge

  Business processes and procedures

  Cash handling experience

  Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
