What this job involves:
Our Transaction Managers manage and execute lease transactions while fosteringclient relationships and business growth. They primarily work through adedicated process to deliver executed lease documents in a high-volumeenvironment while maintaining critical client performance metrics. You willwork independently or as part of a team including close coordination withthose in a supporting role. You also may work on specialprojects/assignments as needed.General Responsibilities:
Manage transactions for a national strategic clientProvide advice on client transactionsAttend regular meetings and conference callsIdentify opportunities to improve client transaction management processesWork directly with client and team members to resolve transaction and landlordissuesActively manage detailed notes and records for each transactionManage co-brokers for selected lease transactions as requiredReview and prepare lease documents, lease summaries, abstracts, andother materialsGather and evaluate real estate market and property dataResearch companies and landlordsPrepare commission invoices and track transactions in proprietary softwareprograms

A 4-year college degree2+ years of commercial real estate transaction/leasing experienceReal estate salespersons or brokerage licenseKnowledge of real estate leases and negotiationsExcellent verbal and written communicationAn organized and methodical approach to manage large portfolio of transactionsAbility to work independently and within a team to build relationships andinteract effectively with business partners and clientsAbility to master client processes and prioritize phone conversations withtransaction stakeholdersAbility to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, effectivelyprioritize, and manage time and workloadUnderstanding of and commitment to client servicesWillingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignmentsA desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professionalenvironment
