　　Work you'll do

　　Develop all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develop all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training. Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Provide consultation on complex Training projects.

　　Required:

　　Bachelor's degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Secret security clearance required 7 years' experience in a training role focusing on learning and developmentExperience with End-User Training and SupportExperience with training analysis, program design, and creating Instructor and Student course materials
