　　Internship Overview

　　While gaining real-world experience and subsequently building a network of professional contacts, the programs supportive training schedule will ensure you accelerate. You will also gain an insight into how we support our clients and this will allow you to develop your knowledge of Real Estate and its associated functions.

　　We offer a variety of opportunities in different business lines and locations:

　　· Client Servicing (Fund Accounting and Investment Oversight) including:

　　Preparation of accounting journal entries

　　Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

　　Control bank balances

　　Control intercompany operations

　　Prepare monthlyreconciliations and reporting packages

　　Monitor daily movements of banks and registrars

　　Support in the preparation of Financial Statements

　　Person Specifications/Requirements

　　Aforward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for accounting

　　Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills

　　Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude

　　Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management

　　Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

　　Ability tospeak/read/write in English
