As our Training Content Engineer, you will be focusing on analyzing training needs of our customers and strategic large accounts before developing world class cobot training materials to help them release the full potential of their cobots. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders where you will be driving the development of training materials that can be used in-class, online or maybe in a simulated environment. Most importantly, we enable our customers to learn effectively.
Key responsibilities:
You are responsible for the development of cobot training materials that will enable safe, fast and successful deployment of our cobots. A key audience of yours will be strategic large accounts but not exclusively.
Ensure UR Academy has the best and most relevant bespoke training materials for strategic customers
Work directly with strategic accounts to align on training needs that can be delivered directly by UR or in collaboration with the large account training team
Plan and design training content
Together with Academy staff develop training content
Analyze market needs for future training materials
Qualifications and experience:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics or related subject.
In addition, you have:
Minimum three years’ experience in robotics or automation industry
Experience developing training materials
Ability to transform highly technical information into easily understandable learning material
Documented experience with technical training
Knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, and/or specialty training
Understands how people learn most effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge. You must have a good understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within them

Outgoing, service-minded and ability to commit at different organizational levels and in different correlations.
