Job Summary:
Suvi is seeking a Training and Field Support Specialists to support our government client by developing the client's workforce through the development of analytical application course materials, delivery of training to include virtual and in-person classroom settings, end user support and case management support.
Job Responsibilities:
Learns and masters analytical applications in order to teach the systems to end users.
Develops training materials for training courses.
Provides front-line field support, including ad hoc training, troubleshooting, and critical incident support.
Travels to conduct training.
Engages with stakeholder to implement and improve training offerings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
Must be comfortable and available for 25% travel.
Extensive experience in a technical support position or training in a Windows-based IT environment (three (3) years of experience is preferred). Full-time internships may count for this experience.
Seeking candidates that are to work as SMEs on technical systems, formal education in an IT subject, training, or education-related field is desired.
Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology (two (2) years of experience preferred).
Experience supporting IT training delivery and curriculum development for US Federal agencies or experience in an IT helpdesk/call center or similar work processes (one (1) year of experience preferred).
Experience with Federal, State, or Local/Tribal Law Enforcement Agency operations (preferred).
Experience with Intelligence Community Agencies and processes, including the Intelligence Cycle (preferred).
Experience developing and delivering training to intelligence personnel focused on using systems and tools to support analytic workflows.
Experience using analytic tools and databases to support intelligence analysis and production.
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding customer service.
Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Contractors shall be able to perform data analysis and presentation using Excel statistical methods, charts, and pivot tables.
Specialized skills (skills/knowledge in one area or the other is highly desired):
Knowledge and experience in Intelligence specializations to include GEOINT and SIGINT.
Skills and experience in using the Palantir platform, as well as the TAC government system, Analyst's Notebook, ArcGIS.
