　　This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

　　We offer 4-12 depending on the candidate . 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training and at home formal (1 week). The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

　　All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g. claims) Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment Report training metrics and generate training related reports

　　High school diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience Must be 18 years of age or older California, Oregon, or Nevada state tech license PTCB certification Ability to travel 80% Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.
