Traffic Sales Assistant

　　KOAT, the ABC affiliate in Albuquerque/Santa Fe has a position open for a Traffic Sales Assistant to provide general support to the Sales department of our station. You will provide administrative assistance to perform traffic and general responsibilities, including data entry of commercial traffic material. You will report to the General Sales Manager.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Data entry of commercial traffic instructionsCollect and apply commercial materialLiaison to a central traffic facilitySubmit last-minute orders/revisions and log changesCoordinate locally received commercial materialDistribute the final daily logHelp with local station orders/ make good input and reporting needsAssist with the Political Ad Campaign order of operations as neededRequirements:

　　Must have computer and software experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Can deal with the stresses and pressures of time-sensitive projects associated with advertising salesKeen on learning new systems promptly and thoroughlyMust be focused and organizedPrevious commercial television experience preferredMust take pride in work, respond to instruction well, and perform at a high levelRelated military experience will be consideredDiversity Statement
