About the Position: Serves as a traffic management specialist in the Brigade, Ocean Cargo Clearance Authority Office (OCCA),Quality Assurance Section. Responsibilities Administer terms and conditions of complex contracts/agreements to ensure contractor and government performance is in compliance and that appropriate remedial actions are invoked as required. Review government failures, develop facts, analyze trends, and provide reports to agencies/commands for corrective action. Review and validate that contractor payment requests are commensurate with performance. Present briefings, reports, and evaluations for actions appropriate to resolve/correct any deficiencies identified. Resolve complex problems with contractor or government performance. Inspect, accept or reject deliverables during contract performance and at close-out in conformance with contract terms and conditions. Respond to queries from both ocean carriers and SDDC Resource Management Directorate concerning payment problems.
