Tour Guide

　　Work Mode: Onsite

　　Location: Onsite at Kohler, WI

　　Opportunity

　　Contribute to advancing the Kohler Brand by assisting Kohler Design Center customers with an informational and educational Arts/Industry Factory Tour, KDC tour and a history tour. The purpose of which will help realize their kitchen and bath aspirations and influence Kohler sales across all businesses.

　　Specific Responsibilities

　　Strong speaking skills: must communicate with others to convey information effectively and graciously to our internal and external customers.Possess the ability to adapt to special requests.

　　Must have astute Public Relation skills and be able to address compliments and complaints effectively.

　　Be reliable, responsible, dependable and to full obligations to our internal and external customers.

　　Must be a team player who enjoys a challenge, works under their own initiative and at times under stress.

　　Maintain comfort by giving large group tours of the Kohler Design Center including the lower-level museum, and the Kohler Factories.

　　Prioritizing the safety of the guests when touring the different factories.

　　Describes features of interest and lectures concerning production processes, history of organization, and factory layout.

　　Help maintain and sanitize tour supplies.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　High School Diploma preferred

　　Strong customer service orientation, prior experience preferred

　　Self-motivated

　　Confident conversationalist

　　Pleasant phone presence

　　Prior Kohler product knowledge preferred

　　Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, repetitive motion, reaching, and working both indoors and outdoors at some locations
