Description:

　　Test Automation Architecture:

　　Design and architect test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca that align with the organization's testing strategy and goals.

　　Define and implement best practices for test automation, including framework design, scripting standards, and code reuse.

　　Automate tests across multiple technologies- plan, build, stabilize, and execute resilient end-to-end test automation.

　　API scan

　　Simplify API testing with a codeless solution that accelerates testing and improves test stability.

　　Rapidly update API tests as applications evolve – allowing organizations to save time and costs from setting up specialized API testing teams and resources.

　　Distributed execution

　　Use Tosca’s DEX to speed up testing time by running tests simultaneously with little to no human input.

　　Test faster and at scale by running multiple tests in parallel across distributed infrastructures and virtual machines.

　　Environment Setup and Configuration:

　　Install, configure, and maintain the Tricentis Tosca testing environment.

　　Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the necessary infrastructure is in place to support Tricentis Tosca.

　　User Management:

　　Manage user accounts and permissions within the Tricentis Tosca platform.

　　Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using Tosca for test automation.

　　Tool Integration:

　　Integrate Tricentis Tosca with other tools and systems used in the Organization's software development and testing processes.

　　Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines.

　　License Management:

　　Monitor and manage Tricentis Tosca licenses to ensure compliance and optimize license usage.

　　Work with procurement to acquire additional licenses as needed.

　　Troubleshooting and Support:

　　Provide technical support to users encountering issues with Tricentis Tosca.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to the Tosca environment.

　　Script Management:

　　Oversee the version control and management of test scripts created in Tricentis Tosca.

　　Implement best practices for script organization and maintainability.

　　Performance Monitoring:

　　Monitor the performance of Tricentis Tosca and take proactive measures to optimize performance.

　　Identify and address any bottlenecks or issues affecting test execution.

　　Documentation:

　　Maintain documentation related to Tricentis Tosca configurations, integrations, and best practices.

　　Create and update user guides and training materials.

　　Security:

　　Implement and maintain security measures to protect the Tricentis Tosca environment and data.

　　Stay informed about security updates and patches, applying them as needed.

　　Upgrades and Patch Management:

　　Plan and execute upgrades to newer versions of Tricentis Tosca.

　　Manage the application of patches and updates to ensure the software is up to date.

　　Qualifications:

　　a. 12 years plus minimum experience in software testing and minimum of 5 years as Test Admin/ Architect in Tosca

　　b. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams

　　c. Other Strengths required are # Customer centricity, Innovative Thinking, Agility, and Intercultural Sensitivity

　　d. Hand-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools

　　e. Strong knowledge of popular cloud computing platforms

　　f. Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team

　　g. Project management experience leading testing engagements

　　h. Good understanding on Testing, Automation Testing, Performance testing concepts, Agile methodology and Knowledge on cloud Infrastructure and database concepts

　　i. Should be able to grasp concepts quickly and appreciate implications of decisions

　　j. Able to work well autonomously, with a focus on delivery

　　k. Experience in test process documentation and SDLC process adherence

　　l. Eagerness to learn and an aptitude for picking things up quickly

　　m. Should be able to implement automation strategy and guide the team.

　　o. Experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) using the tools Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding level

　　p. The ideal candidate should have experience of a range of test phases, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and automation. There will be a wide range of domains and test phases involved in this role, including mobile app and accessibility testing.

　　q. Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes

　　q. Proficiency in handling Key Performance Indicators and Metrics

　　r. Excellent written and verbal communication and team management skills
