　　Trane Technologies is looking for Toolmakers/Machinists (A) in our Tyler Texas location.

　　3 rd and 5 th shift, with overtime

　　Pay for this position is $31.68/hour, along with shift differential.

　　** This is a full time, direct hire position with Trane Technologies (not a temp position)

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　As a Toolmaker/Machinist, you’ll develop, make, modify, and repair complicated tools that help us build the world-class product we’re known for. These tools may include jibs, fixtures, and all types of combination and progressive dies for piercing, blanking, and drawing. The responsibilities listed maybe modified depending on job requirements and business needs.

　　Make complex set ups on a variety of tool room machinery

　　Exercise extreme accuracy and skill as you work from plans such as drawings, sketches, instructions, and blueprints

　　Make sketches of modifications made to parts for print updating

　　Coordinate the work of lower rated employees with supervisor

　　Qualifications:

　　Graduate Apprentice with 4 plus years of practical experience; or Toolmaker/Machinist B with 2 plus years’ experience in die making and repair work

　　You’ll have worked successfully on complex toolmaking projects

　　You’ll have used complex shop math (including trigonometry) and have working knowledge of a tool room, production machines and methods
