　　Job Summary/Purpose

　　The purpose of the Tooling Associate is to ensure that all tools are supplied and available to use. The Tooling Associate is responsible for making and polishing the tools to be used by the operatives.

　　Essential Duties

　　Indicate and align all tools to spec.

　　Follow strict guidelines of training in reference to polishing

　　Polish all tools when required (E-seals and O-rings)

　　Keep track of all tools polished and unpolished in a required log

　　Keep machine and polishing area clean of all debris

　　Working Environment

　　Manufacturing environment. Low noise. Moving machinery.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Frequent standing, walking, hand/arm manipulation

　　Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Preferred 6 months working within a manufacturing environment, or relevant experience

　　Good communication skills

　　Safety conscious

　　Prior machining experience
