We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual for the role of Tool Pool and Distribution Center Manager. This position presents a unique opportunity to build, establish, and manage both a tool pool and distribution center from the ground up. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating efficient systems for tool inventory, distribution logistics, and overall operational success.

　　Establishment of Tool Pool and Distribution Center: Lead the creation and setup of a comprehensive tool pool and distribution center, including the design of layout, storage systems, and operational processes.Inventory System Development: Implement a robust inventory management system for tracking tools, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating seamless distribution.Vendor Selection and Negotiation: Identify and establish relationships with tool vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and manage the procurement process for the initial tool inventory.Logistics Planning: Develop distribution strategies, optimizing routes and timelines to meet the needs of various projects and countries. Work closely with Service units to understand tool requirements and ensure timely distribution to meet project timelines.Inventory Management: Keep a comprehensive record of all tools in the pool, including tracking usage, maintenance history, and replenishment needs.Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate regular maintenance schedules and oversee repairs to ensure that all tools are in safe and working condition.Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to guarantee that tools meet safety standards and are suitable for use.Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team to handle tool maintenance, distribution, and administrative tasks.Safety Protocols: Institute safety protocols and guidelines for both the tool pool and distribution center, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Budgeting and Cost Optimization: Develop and manage budgets for both the tool pool and distribution center, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising safety, quality and operational efficiency.Documentation and Training Materials: Create comprehensive documentation on tool specifications, distribution processes, and safety procedures. Conduct training sessions for staff members.Continuous Improvement: Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement, collecting feedback, analyzing processes, and implementing enhancements as needed. Generate regular reports on tool usage, maintenance activities, and any issues, providing insights for continuous improvement.
