As a Tiny Human Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of our young learners.[Key Responsibilities:[- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children[- Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities and games[- Engage and interact with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and intellectual growth[- Observe and document children's behaviors and progress[- Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and napping[- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them updated on their child's progress[- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom[- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and cohesive team dynamic[- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of the children[Qualifications:[- Must be at least 21 years old[- High school diploma or equivalent[- Prior experience in childcare or related field is preferred but not required[- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential[- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities[- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills[- Ability to work in a team environment[- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)[- Must pass a criminal background check and reference check[Who we are looking for:[We are seeking individuals who are energetic, caring, and have a genuine love for working with children.
