　　The mission of the Creator and Affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

　　The US Commerce Recommendation team supports TikTok e-commerce business growth by improving consumer/seller/creator experience via recommendation products. We are looking for experienced PMs to identify business problems/opportunities in the US market and build innovative recommendation products to achieve high business goals.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Responsible for driving long-term e-commerce Creator and Affiliate seller GMV growth on TikTok by leveraging the power of recommendation, personalization and search.

　　- Set clear strategy roadmap by analyzing and identifying business problems / opportunities. Define strategy key milestones and manage strategy development cycles.

　　- Collaborate with algorithm engineers, creator and affiliate seller product team, e-commerce ops and other xFN teams to build and iterate our strategies and achieve the goal.

　　Qualifications

　　- BA/BS degree or above in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with machine learning/ recommendation systems is a plus.

　　- 3+ years of experience in recommendation/search products; experience in e-commerce platform recommendation/search e-commerce is preferred.

　　- Strong cross-team/culture collaboration ability and excellent communication skills.

　　- Fast learning and self driving.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135850 - $337400 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
