　　About the team

　　The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders.

　　• Have a good understanding of the creator ecosystem and business, and the ability to understand the new business models.

　　• Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.

　　Qualifications

　　• Bachelor's degree or above.

　　• 8+ years work experience understanding of both commerce business and creator ecosystem, knowledge of affiliate product is a plus.

　　• Experience as a product manager or product developer.

　　• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, data driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $237614 - $485184 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
