Hiring for Tig Welding

Description:
The position will entail some days TIG and some days MIG welding depending on the current job in place. This is more job shop welding.
Candidates must have decent skill level in MIG or TIG welding. Preferably in TIG.
Read and interpret custom blueprints.
Right now, it's about 70/30 TIG vs. MIG for the breakup of duties on a week-to-week basis.
This company makes a variety of sheet metal products. Because all of their welding is custom (rarely any production welding), the more experience the candidate has the better.
They have custom blue prints that individuals out of Tech School struggle to read and pick up on.
They will be welding everything as small as Custom computer cabinets to large custom frames for the oil industry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years TIG/MIG experience
Tech school degree in welding would get their foot in the door for a weld test.

2nd Shift 3:30 PM -2:00 AM Mon-Thurs.
WE Shift 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Fri-Sun. (4 hours award time each weekend with perfect attendance)
