Job Function:

　　Under direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Coordinator will follow established procedures and policies while providing technical operations support to the machine operators responsible for the Thermal Foil area.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Able to read a tape measure and cut wood per specifications.Use manual or power hand tools to perform one or more repetitive production line assembly operations to produce medium-sized, lightweight products.Select appropriate materials, fitting, and tools for each task.Unload and stack assembly materials.Ability to quickly sort products while performing inspections to meet quality standards.Work at a steady, rapid pace under close supervision.Using hands, arms and legs in handling, positioning, and moving materials weighing up to 50 poundsPromote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles.Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed.Clean work area dailyWilling to cross-train in different workstations/departments as needed.Display a positive, “Can Do” attitude – be a change agent.Other duties as assigned.
